WebCasher Support
WebCasher has been designed to have minimal support requirement. In fact the software should require almost no support, providing you follow these simple steps.
However for those clients that hate to read manuals we have set up the following support plans.
Setup/Training Plan
There is a simple one-off fixed charge for the setup. The setup assumes that your web site is up & running and the same products are available in their entirety in your Accounting & AccuPOS. The setup of WebCasher should not take longer than one hour, and we will do this for you via remote support at cost of £99.00 per installation including one to one training on the features of your WebCasher. Additional installation/Training will have additional charges.
Annual Support Plan
Thereafter you pay £99.00 per Annum for the software maintenance which will include a one off one to one training on any new features, software updates, and free upgrades.
If you purchase additional modules your Annual maintenance charge may increase.
